CogniRep Strategies Holding Co. has unveiled what it describes as Nigeria’s first AI-powered Media Marketplace, introducing a suite of digital solutions aimed at strengthening transparency, institutional trust, and cross-border commercial partnerships between Africa and the United States.
The launch was announced by the Chief Executive Officer of CogniRep Strategies Holding Co., Mr. AbdulRasheed Ajibade Abubakar, who said the initiative represents a major step toward addressing trust deficits in international business by providing verified intelligence, transparent media engagement, and data-driven reputation management.
According to the company, the new platform is designed to tackle long-standing challenges in cross-border commerce, particularly the lack of verifiable institutional intelligence and opaque media environments that often undermine investor confidence and business collaborations. The initiative is built on the conviction that trust—not capital alone—is the true foundation of sustainable international commerce.
At the heart of the launch are three flagship innovations: AfriSense AI, the Corporate Trust Index, and the Clean Media Marketplace, all developed to enhance corporate reputation management, media transparency, and institutional credibility across Africa and the United States.
AfriSense AI is a proprietary intelligence engine that delivers real-time media monitoring and sentiment analysis tailored specifically to African markets. The platform enables businesses, governments, and institutions to track public perception, monitor media narratives, and make strategic decisions based on verified intelligence.
The Corporate Trust Index serves as a data-driven benchmark that evaluates institutional integrity, governance standards, and transparency compliance for organisations engaged in cross-continental commerce. According to the company, the index is intended to provide investors and stakeholders with measurable insights into the credibility of potential business partners.
The third component, the Clean Media Marketplace, is a transparent platform that connects organisations with credible and verified media outlets, reducing misinformation, improving accountability, and simplifying communication between institutions and publishers.
Speaking on the initiative, Abubakar disclosed that selected Nigerian media organisations have already been invited to participate in the Clean Media Marketplace as pilot publishers in recognition of the critical role credible journalism plays in promoting public trust.
“As a way to honor media practitioners, we have reached out to selected media organizations in Nigeria to join the Clean Media Marketplace as Pilot Publishers,” he said.
Abubakar explained that the company’s artificial intelligence technology goes beyond counting media mentions by interpreting the context behind conversations and measuring genuine public trust in brands.
“We built COGNIREP to answer the only question that matters: Do people actually trust your brand, or are they just tolerating it? Our AI doesn’t just count mentions; it understands context. It knows that a ‘cooked’ brand is in crisis, while a brand with ‘steeze’ is winning market share,” he said.
The company stated that by combining advanced analytics with strategic communications, the platform will help businesses, governments, and international institutions reduce transactional risks while ensuring that corporate narratives are supported by verifiable evidence. This, it said, will enable stronger and more sustainable cross-border partnerships.
CogniRep added that its mission is to make commercial partnerships between the United States and Africa more reliable, transparent, and commercially effective through intelligence-driven solutions. The company also expressed its ambition to become the world’s leading data-driven public relations and media transparency ecosystem, setting a new global standard for verified intelligence, institutional integrity, and mutually beneficial cross-continental partnerships.
