Jaiz Bank Plc has unveiled its new corporate identity, marking what the management describes as a defining milestone in its nearly 14-year journey as Nigeria’s pioneer Non-Interest (Islamic) Bank.
The unveiling, which took place on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, at the Bank’s Corporate Head Office in Abuja, was led by the Managing Director/CEO, Dr. Haruna Musa. In his address, he noted that the rebrand was more than a change of logo or colours, but a strategic step towards refreshing the bank’s identity, modernising its platforms, and reaffirming its commitment to ethical, inclusive, and customer-focused banking.
Dr. Musa, who assumed office in November 2023, commended the media for their role in telling the Jaiz Bank story and promised stronger collaboration going forward. He explained that while the bank’s outward look is evolving, its foundation—rooted in Shariah-compliant principles—remains unchanged.
Highlighting the new design, he said the retired green-and-gold colours have given way to a fresh palette:
- Deep Blue, symbolising trust and stability
- Yellow, representing energy and customer-driven innovation, and
- Grey, conveying balance, sophistication, and adaptability.
“Our new payoff line, ‘With You for Life,’ reflects our promise to stand with our customers through every stage of their journey, today, tomorrow, and for generations to come,” he said.
Dr. Musa also celebrated the bank’s recent global recognitions, including the Quality Choice Prize 2025, Most Promising Islamic Bank 2024 (Global Islamic Finance Awards), Best Islamic Bank in West Africa (International Investor Magazine), and a ranking among the Top 100 Strongest Islamic Banks Globally by The Asian Banker.
“These awards are not just accolades; they are affirmations of the trust our customers and stakeholders have placed in us,” he stated.
Concluding his remarks, the Jaiz Bank boss stressed that the rebrand signals a bold statement of intent for the future. “It is about who we are, what we stand for, and the future we are building. As we step into this new era, we remain steadfast in our mission to redefine ethical banking in Africa and beyond.”
