Kidpreneur Africa has announced the 2025 edition of its flagship event, the Kidpreneur Conference, designed as a launchpad to empower children and teenagers between the ages of 6 and 15 with the right tools, skills, mentorship, and exposure to thrive as future business moguls and leaders.
Themed “Empowering Young Minds to Transform Their Future,” the conference aims to connect participants with investors, policymakers, development agencies, and global industry leaders while equipping them with 21st-century entrepreneurial skills.
The event will feature a blend of virtual and physical activities across four days in October:
Virtual Pre-Conference Workshops: Scheduled for Tuesday, October 21, and Wednesday, October 22, from 4–6 p.m., these sessions will cover Artificial Intelligence, Animation, Creative Arts, Green Business, Financial Literacy, Entrepreneurship, and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Parents’ Virtual Workshop: On Thursday, October 23, from 4–5 p.m., parents will engage in an interactive session to better understand how to support their children on the entrepreneurial journey.
Conference and Awards Ceremony: The main event will take place on Friday, October 24, at Access Bank headquarters, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., bringing together children, industry leaders, mentors, and investors.
CSR Initiative and Health Drive: On Saturday, October 25, a Sustainability Walk will be held from Shoprite Ikeja to JJT Park from 9–10 a.m., followed by free dental and optical care services at JJT Park, Lagos, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Organizers noted that registration is open to both children and adults, with an early bird fee of ₦10,000 available until September 30, after which the fee becomes ₦15,000. Participants in the CSR walk can also obtain subsidized branded T-shirts at ₦3,500.
The organizers emphasized that the Kidpreneur Conference is more than just an event but a movement aimed at raising a generation of self-reliant, innovative, and globally minded leaders.
