The Director General of the Lagos State Sports Commission, Hon. Lekan Fatodu, has revealed that Lagos State has commenced strategic preparations for the hosting of the inaugural National Intermediate Games scheduled for 2026.
Fatodu made the disclosure on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, during a gathering of sports stakeholders, professionals, and development partners focused on strengthening opportunities within the state’s sports ecosystem.
Among the dignitaries present at the event was the Director of ARM Foundation, Dr. Muyibat Kehinde Ajala, alongside other stakeholders committed to sports development and youth empowerment.
