Popular broadcaster and media personality, Alhaji Oriyomi Hamzat, has expressed his solidarity with gospel singer and media entrepreneur, Dr. Yinka Ayefele, following the f!re incident that gutted Fresh FM in Ibadan on Friday evening.
In a heartfelt message, Hamzat described the incident as an unfortunate tragedy but gave thanks to God that no lives were lost.
“I stand with Dr. Yinka Ayefele and the entire Fresh FM family in this trying moment. The f!re incident is indeed an unfortunate one but we are grateful to God that no life was lost. Please accept my solidarity and prayers as you recover. Know that you are not alone. We are with you all the way,” he stated.
Fresh FM, owned by Ayefele, is one of the leading private radio stations in Oyo State and across the Southwest.
The incident has drawn widespread sympathy from colleagues, fans, and well-wishers, who continue to pray for quick recovery and restoration of the station’s operations.
